Had gotten my windshield replaced... took a bit longer then expected, wasn’t a issue though. After getting my car home I had noticed that the fluid wasn’t working, had my other half look at it. The hose was crimped, all of the clips were missing so my whole plastic piece where the wipers sit was lose and no longer held in place. The wiper were not sitting where they were supposed to be. Called safelite to fix it... said it was their mistake and usually the clips can’t be saved... ok so no problem said they would fix it... wa... read more

Safelite Auto Glass has wonderful service both on the phone and in the shop. Tim was the Technician we talked to at the Fond du Lac, WI location. He was super nice, very honest about the time it was going to take to replace the windshield, (they got done about a half hour before the time he said even)! When he heard we had planned to explore while we waited he suggested the large park across the street as well as an excellent nearby restaurant Salty's.
