I would also give them a "zero" star rating if I could. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I had my windshield replaced WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I was told there were many people ahead of me and that it would take two to three hours. I was there for six hours, and at no time did anyone tell me what was happening.
