A stone from an 18 wheeler cracked our windshield on a Saturday evening. I made contact with Safelite the following Monday and making an appointment for Wednesday two days later. I dropped the truck off at 8am Wednesday for a 1pm service. At 1pm I received an Email saying the service on my vehicle was beginning. A friend dropped me off at the Safelite business at 2:15pm noticing my truck setting in a parking spot different than the one I parked it in. Very friendly and efficient service! Before and after pics are included.
Had a appointment at 1pm on Thursday but wasn't able to pick up vehicle until the fallowing day and when we dropped off the vehicle it had between 1/2 and 1/4 of a tank of gas. But when we picked up the vehicle the next day it only had was almost on empty. I wouldn't and won't recommend this place to anyone. Very dissatisfied with there services...
Changed my windshield quickly and did a clean job on that. Highly recommend it.
