I had an overall great experience with this location. Scheduling online was super easy, I was able to drop-off my car early, and they started at my scheduled time. They were done in about an hour/hour and a half. The windshield looks perfect and I have had no issues with the installation. I would use this location again for any future window/windshield replacements. *Note* If you are a West Virginia driver you will need to get a new state inspection sticker within 10 days of getting your windshield replaced.
