Horrible service........ My mom took her car in to get a chip fixed. It was 40 degrees out. The guy get her car and set the machine on it and shatters her front window. Then tells her that she signed a waiver saying that was a possibility. So for her trouble they dropped there price equal to everyone else in central Arkansas. And wouldn't help anymore. Called Discount Auto glass and they gave her a quote 10.00 less than safelite discounted price. And they would come out for free. Do not recommend and would not go there.
Will never take my car back. And will never recommend this company. After they shattered my wife's front windshield. They did want to help except for to drop there outrageously high price down the what ever one else's normal prices are. And other companies don't charge to come to your work and fix your window that they busted. Extremely bad service. Find another company
