Great experience! I set everything up online. They reached out to my insurance carrier and filed the claim for me. Within a day my claim was processed and I set up my appt. Technician came within my time slot and exceeded my expectations with the replacement and recalibration of my windshield. Would highly recommend Safelite to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Replacement was great and took about 2 1/2 hours so the adhesive was set. People friendly and preinspection pointed out areas that they would not be touching. Service was very good.
I was treated with respect ftom beginning to end. No hassles at all.
