Super convenient and great customer service!!
Third time using Safelite. Very easy to navigate the website to make the appointment. Our technician was prompt and professional. He kept me informed on everything that was needed to be done. Highly recommend!
My vehicle finished shortly before closing with no time to get there and pick it up. I had to get it the next morning and it was inconvenient as I didn’t live close. An example of notification: I was notified at 4:38 it was ready; shop closed at 5:00. Another notification it was ready was after it had already closed!!!!

The technician was friendly, fast, and did an excellent job on my window! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it was absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this location and there was no Voicemail, so communication prior to the appointment was difficult.
