After an initial bad experience I had great service this morning, service tech called ahead and gave time frame was very polite explained process and provided great service.
I had my windshield repaired at Safelite, and I'm extremely pleased with the entire experience. They delivered exactly as promised, completing the repair within the three-hour timeframe they estimated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I especially appreciated the waiting area, which offered free coffee, water, and internet access, making the wait pleasant and productive. Thank you, Safelite, for the outstanding service! Highly recommended.
