Friendly staff and speedy service.
I found my little Smart car windshield cracked after loaning it to a desperate friend. Called Safelite Auto Glass as usual. I have a few cars. At 72 I don’t find many Company websites as easy to manage. Once the simple intuitive blanks were filled in everything that fallowed was handled flawlessly by The Safelite web team. Good communication emails on what was happening next. Love the new windshield. It even had an unexpected slight tint so I don’t have to do it again. Top drawer product and simple service.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Zayed with Safelite! He replaced the windshield and wiper blades on my Acura MDX. Mr. Zayed was on time and was very good at communicating his ETA. He was able to accommodate my request to also replace the wiper blades. Mr. Zayed was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely use Safelite again in the future if the need arises! Many thanks to Safelite and Mr. Zayed!!
