My windshield was broken right before our winter storm. Because of the weather conditions, the needed parts were not able to be shipped in time for my appointment. I was notified ahead of time that they weren’t able to keep my current appointment. Communication is “key!” I do appreciate Safelite and their professionalism. They rescheduled my appointment and were prompt in arriving for the appointment.
I am an insurance agent and satellite use to be personable. I tried to call the Alexandria office. I could only get a corporate person and could not have the call sent to the Alexandria, La office. I like to do business with a personable company. If the persona on the phone sounds like and I have to ask if she is AI, there is a problem.
