I know a lot of people are probably appreciative to this company because they can come fix your window when you’re in a jam but the pricing is an absolute scam. I made an appointment 3 days out when my window broke and they quoted me almost $900 dollars. Called around and found a well reviewed place who said they’d do it for $500+tax. When I cancelled my appointment with Safelite they instantly offered me $100 off if I kept the appointment. Talk about a scam. I had a very positive experience having my windshield replaced at the East Brunswick Safelite location. I was able to walk in and get an immediate quota on an OEM and after market windshield and the individual also provided guidance on next steps as far as engaging with my insurance company. I used safellite for the second time in getting my windshield replaced. I recommend using them. Their customer service was great from start finish. Technician Nelson was prompt and courteous. He greeted me with an introduction and explained what he was going to do. The rubber guard around the bottom was sun damaged and he said he would do everything possible to not to damage it further while removing the old windshield. He did a great job! Thank you Nelson!
