The experience I had with Safelight was an easy 10/10! The process to schedule an appointment was a breeze. The technician was on time, friendly, and very educating on how the repair process works! He made sure I knew of any potential issues that could go wrong as well which was great! Overall, not just a great repair, but an incredible experience!

I requested my windshield to be replaced with original parts, on the phone. Safelite told me that the insurance approved my request and I’m gonna be responsible for only $100 deductible. I received several messages to confirm the appointment and tell me that I only have to pay $100 deductible on the appointment day they ask for almost $1000 because my insurance denied the request for the original part.
