RecommendedThey had us on and out in under an hour. We took a rock to the windshield driving on the turnpike in from Texas one night and booked a 9a appointment the next morning. They did a great job and got us right back to our vacation. Thank you Safelite!
RecommendedI received great customer service from Casey, very professional and he showed up and replaced my windshield in about 40 minutes and explained everything from care to the process he was doing during installation.

Car was brought in 3 times on scheduled appointments. No windshield the first one.... The second appointment they failed to complete the camera recalibration..which was the sole purpose of the appointment. The 3rd appointment resulted in a failure to compete the camera recalibration and then advised i take the car to the Honda dealer to complete. What a shitshow....!!!

MY TEC NAME WAS WILL.HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH HIS PARTNER.ANY QUESTIONS I HAD THEY WERE AWNSERED.HE DIDNT WAIST ANYTIME THEY GOT THE WORK DONE.I EVEN GOT A TEXT ALONG WITH PICTURE OF THE TEC AND WHAT TIME HE WOULD ARRIVE WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS GLASS REPLACED.
Javier was my tech. He was amazing. He did a great job. He was very friendly and sweet. I loved that he spoke both Spanish and English. I would give him a raise if I was the manager. Once again he was amazing.
