My appointment window was 8 to Noon. I got a call at 7:45 to see when I'd be arriving at work. Since I was already there, they met me in the parking lot within minutes (to be fair, my building is probably only a mile or so from their shop). I had just enough time to walk back up to my office and answer a few emails before they called at 8:12 to tell me it was done--less than 1/2 hour from the initial call! Outstanding service! Brought my old 88 GMC for new windshield to replace the leaking one. Not only did they replace ahead of scheduled time frame they also resealed and acid etched to stop the rust around the window frame, kept me informed on what was going on.
Excellent service today from this shop even after major screw ups by my insurance company. Once the insurance issue was solved my new windshield was installed in under 45 minutes. They were even kind enough to replace my worn wiper blades at no charge and were apologetic when the could not find one for my rear window. You folks really know what customer service is about.
