Ummmm.....appointment was for today. No one showed up. No one called to let me know they weren’t going to show up. This is frustrating.
Friendly service in the lobby and fast installation of my windshield at their store.. in and out in 30 minutes. If/when I need another windshield I know where I’m going.
Last week I had an accident and busted my back windshield out. Insurance company thankfully agreed to cover it completely and contracted through this company to replace it. Told me they were coming last Thursday and STILL have not came! I'm so upset. It's supposed to rain this weekend and I have no garage or shelter to park my car in incase the tape and plastic leak. They're final excuse was that they basically don't want to travel to my area to replace it. I don't understand why they wouldn't tell me that in the first place... read more
The guy that came out to fix my windshield was completely professional. He did better than expected. Wish I could give 10 stars. The windshield looks great. I hope I never have to use you guys again, but, if I need another window replaced, you are definitely my number one choice.
