I would say that the technician calling 2 hours into your appointment window to tell you that they can’t be there till this afternoon is very frustrating. I planned my day around the morning window. If you guys can’t honor your appointment windows, what’s the point of doing it? Kind of shitty service if you ask me. Technician was more concerned about keeping his schedule in order, than he was keeping the appointment at the correct time window.
Very professional and efficient
Watch out when it says you might be charged for camera recalibration. Online it told me this so I stopped by safellite and to put the new windshield in it was $311 and for recalibration of the camera was $495. I said nevermind my little chip isn't to bad lol.
