After getting a chip fixed, epoxy-like residue was left over from the repair. Didn't realise it until I was driving in the dark, in the rain. The residue is hard and caused my windshield wiper to be damaged. It's disappointing when you call a local number and instantly get sent to a call center. Why have a local number? Took about 20 minutes and 2 people later to set up a return apt. Fingers crossed.

Wow i thought safelite would be the quickest and easiest way to go till i got my quote. $929.15 to replace a driver side rear door glass. I couldn’t believe it so I did some research and found the same glass they was going to install for 161.xx after tax and next day for pick up same part number. As I looked through the quote from safelite they are charging tariff for glass that is made about 15 mins from their shop.
