We had a very small chip in our windshield and after the tech was finished we now have a 3 inch crack. When we called to conches basically lied said they emailed a policy that states they are not responsible for damage. Terrible customer service and apparently they break more than they fix.
Waited all day for the tech to show up and as of 6:30pm they still have not come. Never called to cancel or change time. This was horrible service.
I had the back window of my truck replaced at this location 2 yrs ago. The replacement went well enough and I thought I got a good price and service. Now two years later, the window shattered, for no apparent reason, while I was driving down the highway. I called for a warranty claim, since nothing I did caused the window to shatter. They sent out a tech who eventually called me back saying they aren't going to warranty the window because they couldn't prove that something didn't hit the window. When you make an appointment with a 4 hour window of 8 to 12 I expect them to be here before 12 not call and say 1 o'clock people have schedules with a 3 to 4 hour install time that makes us miss our child's game which is inconsiderate since we scheduled this over a week ago the Mansfield location is by far the worst to work with
