After our windshield was broken on a trip, we called our insurance agent about replacement and they told us they dealt with Safelite and if that would be okay. With no Safelite location in town, they set up a mobile team at our convenience. The technician informed us when he would arrive on that day, what he was doing, let us watch when we wanted, was very friendly and professional, and did a great job. We are very pleased.
Wss okay. Was late and left glass in my yard after I repeatedly asked him to put plastic down and even offered cardboard to keep the glass out of my grass and driveway. Got charged for disposal when there was literally a handful of glass left to dispose of.
They are an amazing company. The guy that fixed my windshield was very professional and fast he even vacuumed my car I didn’t know they’d do that much I am so glad I found safelite
