Absolutely awful and unprofessional. This company threw away my custom pool cover without a call, inquiry or any sort of communciation. This was a $4,500 and completely derelict on their part to no ask or check-in. Not even an apology and clearly no knowledge of what they were doing. We will be pursuing a claim and contacting the BBB. I would not even recommend 1 star for such poor service.
My clients have been very pleased from their inspections with Edgar Moreno. He is thorough and informative. I will continue to recommend him to my buyers and sellers.
