Lived in a property that they took over in the middle of my lease and no one even tried to reach out until I didn’t pay rent to them and they threatened to evict me and still tried to charge me a late fee. Never heard a peep from them after or when putting in maintenance requests. They never even entered my apartment and a different company ended up taking it over again in the middle of my lease. Short interaction with them and they obviously didn’t care at all. Don’t waste your time with this company at all.
If I were to list all the issues with this company I would be writing a novel. Steer clear.
