The place was clean did not smell bad like most storage places. I believe the woman who helped me was Ally. She was the best from start to finish. She was very professional, and so very helpful. She is truly an asset to your company. And thumbs up on the cleanliness and the fresh smell because I’ve never been to a storage facility that was clean as this and smelled good. Thank you. A very satisfied customer.

Safeguard self storage is the best place to rent. I came into their Hollis location and the assistant manager Manouchka was beyond helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me a wonderful experience. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would!
just received notice of my 3rd rent increase in the last 14 mths. This place is beyond expensive if you want anything bigger then a closet and they just keep racking up the fees and what not. will be closing my acct here shortly after having been a client for 6 years. dp business elsewhere
Moriah Israel was super helpful and friendly. She made moving our storage unit a breeze. The Uptown facility is clean and very well maintained—so glad it’s in the neighborhood!
