I have been renting from this establishment since they opened back in 2009 or so. You would think i would be grandfathered in by now. They charge you a late fee of $50 or greater if the payment is not paid by the 5th. Then on the 30th day they tag on a LIEN fee of $125. That's absurd when they charge you for the next month on the 1st as if nothing has changed.This only makes it harder for the owner to get ahead of the balance. Do not use this self storage company. There are no cameras and people drinking on the the unit floors. When the attendant was notified, he replied that he didn't even work there. Not safeguarding anything or anyone.

I have been a customer for 12 years, they rent a 10x10 unit like mine for $200, they were charging me $307. They had to provide me a little tag to wave in front of the elevator in order to reach my unit, they NEVER did so, and they complained when I was asking for their assistance in order to use the elevator. They didn't even tell me ever that I needed the little tag, let alone provide me with one. Zero Stars for misconduct i payed my month of April and May for my unit at this self storage. But they said I was leaving and put my unit as vacant, I never left or moved my belongings from the unit or talked to anybody in the office then I go to get a couple of paper work from storage and was told that I don't have a unit there ?? so after half hr talking to the person at the front desk he made calls and he saw my recipe on his computer but couldn't let me in because he could lose his job.
