Safeguard Security is by far the best security company in AZ. I've been using them for a while now, and the service has been nothing but excellence. Every time I call in for support, or to schedule service, the team there is always very helpful and patient with me. The technicians that have come out to do service on my the system are extremely knowledgeable about alarm systems, and are very honest. We use SafeGuard. Our house was burgled this morning. SafeGuard called at 3:30a and said that a tamper issue occurred with the device. When I called back, SafeGuard said 'no cause for alarm, as it's probably just a battery issue.' A few hours later, we got to the house only to see that a burglar had breached the property. SafeGuard said they had no indication from 3 video cameras. To top it off, the burglar stole SafeGuard's security unit! We've waited three hours for a new unit, but SafeGuard can't locate one in their wareh... read more
I am fuming right now. Have had safeguard for about 18 months now, no real complaints before today. This week I notice the panel is white and I can't set the alarm through the app or key fob. Call support expecting them to help me troubleshoot the issue. Nope, not even a "did you try this?". Not only that but after scheduling an appointment she tells me oh by the way that will be an automatic $96 equipment fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
