I called for a quote and the agent I spoke with was rude and we didn’t even make it through the information gathering. I would not recommend!
Last month I switched all of my insurance to AAA. Once the money was received it has been like pulling teeth to make contact with the agent or her supervisor. I received notification from my mortgage company of the cancellation of insurance from my previous insurer and at this time they believe me to be without coverage as AAA neglected to add my mortgage company to their new policy. They purchased the security company that had just installed our security system. The original company said the new company would get in touch with us when they got everything set up. we did not hear from them till the end of February 2020. At that time they sent us a bill for $159. I contacted them & told them I needed to pay one payment per month which the agreed as they told me it took until then to get thei bookkeeping set up So I paid my monthly payment which was $58.00 per month. the very next month they sen me a bill f... read more
