They purchased the security company that had just installed our security system. The original company said the new company would get in touch with us when they got everything set up. we did not hear from them till the end of February 2020. At that time they sent us a bill for $159. Customer service is terrible!
They want $96/hr to fix my panel and then extend me to a 2 year contract. Scam company and I do not recommend them. Once the system goes down they nickel and dime the entire process.

My boyfriend and I recently had our alarm system installed by Safeguard. They were externally efficient, both with our time and money. We were both pleased with the technology aspect of the equipment and appreciate that Safeguard is a local company here in the valley. I would highly recommend Safeguard to any friends and or family. Ask for Bethany, she was our sales person and was awesome (not pushy at all)!
Extremely rude customer service!
Recently used Safeguard to activate my alarm. Great customer service and an overall smooth experience. There support staff is on point from my original sales rep to the arrival of my technician. Highly recommend using Safeguard!
