Don't rent from them, don't use them, don't even look at them. Run away as far as you can. Renting from these people would be an extreme nightmare. Nothing but a waste of time and headache. Safeguard Properties deserves negative 100 stars and nothing more.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They simply will not be in your courier. They won't listen to you and if you rent from they they will try to ruin you and your business. Avoid this place and run for hills as fast as you can. If you want to know what it feels like using this company, stick your hand in a pot full of hot grease and there you will know. Painful disappointment and a huge big waste of your time ..

At the time you d code to waste your time and fill out their application, you should be thinking twice about that action. Do not rent any of their properties and do not use them to manage your properties. The reason is because they won't listen to you or anything you have to say. Not even your money is good enough for them. And they will give you problems believe it. They will. And this company should be put out of business in this area. Used. Waste of time, energy and space. Avoid this place. They are headstrong and all they will do is waste your time and energy. They will also give you a big headache and cause you a lot of trouble. Do not use this place under no circumstances.

If you want a bad experience totally, than give these people a call. If you want disappointment than give them a call. If you want to feel like there's a iron fist over you give them a call. If you are a owner to a property and you want a lunitic over your property, than use them. That's about the only experience you will encounter is disappointment and sheer unadulterated misery....avoid at all costs and do not use.

You won't be able to tell but I never used a company like this before so beware beware beware. Not only is this firm a disappointment, it's a huge mistake to use. If you do let me tell you, something broken, something used, go with these people and you are sure to sue. Avoid these peeps at all costs and do not use them under no circumstances. You be nice to them and they will stick it to you and won't listen to you no matter what you say!

This is not a nice company. It's far out the major leagues of a good reputable company. They have their front like they are. But all in the end they will show their true colors. Your think that they will listen and not cause your business a hardship but don't count on it. As a tenant you will not like them enforcing their rules. Especially when you tell them before you rent from them how it will be. They say ok just to get your security deposit. Avoid at all costs and do not use. You will regret using them and they don't listen to their tenants. If you had a skirt maybe they would. But for others forget it. You won't get an inch with these people. Why put yourself into difficulties using them. Run away as fast as you can and don't look back.
