If I could leave a minus rating for this facility I would. We work remotely and depend on our storage management and ownership to posses integrity. The manager is apparently computer illiterate and has not corresponded with us for over 2 years. During that time we assumed we were on autopay and our account was charged each month. Apparently the manager entered our card without our consent EACH MONTH, according to our bank. I love this facility! It was the ONLY storage units that weren't damaged by Harvey and also didn't flood. Alvie is an awesome woman! She always has an encouraging word to say and treats everyone with dignity and respect. Over the years, she's had many health problems but has always maintained a friendly professional demeanor and a smile is quick to light up her face! Don't believe the negative nellies, they probably didn't pay, and that's why they left a bad review. LOVE LOVE LOVE Alvie and these storage units!
