We switched fire service over to Safeguard and it has been a fantastic experience. We have had older equipment go bad and the service tech David tracked down the issue and repaired everything. Highly recommended.
Angie was very unprofessional and rude. I have worked in customer service for years. You do not treat people the way she does. I definitely do not recommend this company.
