Equipment not maintained, and they do not honor their word – Rented mini excavator and was not able to finish project due to an equipment malfunction. (This after fixing two other issues myself). When equipment was returned, was told that I could pick up again to finish project and there would be no charge. When picking up equipment later, was charged regular fee as a deposit, and told that entire amount would be refunded upon return. When equipment was returned, they refused to credit anything back.
