Beware of what you sign with safe systems. It is most likely a 3 year contract that if not canceled at least 30 days prior to the end of the contract it auto renews for another 3 year contract. their service while not terrible is not enough for the extensive contract they have you sign. the only thing they installed for me was a keypad because I had all the other sensors and they still wanted to enforce the contract after I had been with them for almost 5 years. I'd stay away.
Super disappointing customer service - and we are long time customers.
So far wonderful people to work with. friendly - great customer service. We have had no issues so far.
If you want a fire alarm panel that beeps repeatedly in the middle of the night due to a communications issue on the alarm monitoring company's end, with no way to silence it, Safe-Systems is the company to go with! Sure, you should sleep soundly knowing your home is protected from fire, but won't be able to sleep due to the incessant beeping.
