Very professional. Randy was quick to analyze what we needed, and had good recommendations regarding the materials we would need. Michelle provided us with the proposal within two days. No hidden fees, no surprises, very reasonable price. Our tinting job required two days of Randy's time. He was efficient and courteous. We are very happy with the result! I recommend these folks for anyone's residential tinting needs.
Didn't send quote despite numerous requests. I find this very unprofessional on part of Michelle. A Simple Yes or No, any customer expects from a vendor.
