As a recent tenant (MAY 31, 2026)to the 112th Street SW LAKEWOOD WA Safe Store Self Storage, the last few days I've been moving my belongings onto the storage property. This is a horrible place. Never rent a storage unit here. I left my personal belongings here. There was no food inside. Rats appeared anyway. The storage units have very large holes, and animals like rats and mice crawl inside to keep warm and end up damaging all personal belongings. I reported this problem to the woman who works there. She completely ignored me and said that it was not their problem. Please be careful.
