Bought a replacement radio for my daughter and had problems over the weekend trying to install it. One call to them this morning and they gave me the answer. Thanks for the help. My daughter is happy, both with her car and her father.
Horrible do not go to these guys. Installed my backup camera they didn't power on the distance lines which the camera is capable of and the image is reverse.
Business response:
Most backup cameras default to no lines so if we couldn't ask you at that moment its a 50/50 shot at what you'd like. I'm guessing this is not a camera you purchased from us? I assume you didn't go back to ask it be wired the other way? We would have done that happily at no charge.
