My parents bought an alarm and remote start from here for me for Christmas. The installation was great. Easy to drop off, received a call when my car was ready and a detailed demo when I picked up. Service was great all around.
Great store, low pressure, great work. I got a great install a few years ago and just the other day the radio decided to freak out. I made an appointment, they found that the XM unit had a bit of a hiccup probably due to some surge from the battery. They were awesome, said it shouldn't have happened, repaired it and it cost me nothing, nada, zilch, not a dime. Great experience with the knowledgable staff at S&S Manassas. Jesse was a great help and was patient with us each time we came in to listen to all the options. He was able to offer suggestions at every budget and got us scheduled for the install quickly! We will be back to complete our sound system build soon! Thanks Jesse and team :-)
