NOT RECOMMENDED!! Purchased the tac level iiia+ the vest was very stiff. Back fit fine front was too short. I returned due to the weight and thickness of the vest and not being NIJ certified. I initially asked for the weight and thickness and certification but did not get a reply (first clue). I ordered anyway based on reviews of comfort and that they met certification. RecommendedAfter responding to a confirmed stabbing in my small home town, I figured it was probably time to invest in a vest for myself. picked up the lvliiia+ best from y'all. just got it in the mail no more than two hrs ago, over all fit is great, its comfortable, and the tailoring on the carrier itself is superb and rugged by the looks of it. I'll definitely recommend this best to anyone looking for one.
A very comfy vest but they do not stand behind their product. Poor construction and they will not take responsibility for that. The velcro is cheap and wears out in a few months and all they did was tell me I used it incorrectly and it's my fault. As for something I trust my life with everyday I expect much better quality.

I have been looking for better body armor than my level II, department issued armor that does not fit me properly, for the better part of a year now. I have tried numerous soft plate carriers without success. I’m currently wearing a condor vest carrier, that’s what kind of situation I’m in right now (not good).
