Received my vest sooner than told I would. Watched video recommended tried it on couldn’t get it to fit right sent pictures to Safe Life expecting 48 hour wait for reply. Received email with return authorization sent back next day. After 2 weeks was about to call and find out what was up as I hadn’t heard anything since sending back. As it turned out I got busy didn’t call next day new vest arrived tried it on adjusted perfectly been wearing it almost daily since great product and service by company.
Just received my FRAS vest yesterday! Love it. My girlfriend definitely approves!
I have not received my vest yet since I just ordered it yesterday. During placing the order there was confusion and I called Customer Service. I have to say, the best customer service I have ever received. They went above and beyond to make my order correct and to make sure I ordered the right size. My order will be here Monday. Love the vest only recommendation would be to make side straps with molle for the tactical vest to carry more things. But other than that I love the vest.
Awesome Customer Service! I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. I contacted them and they immediately corrected my order and shipped my products! The belts I ordered are amazing quality! That velcro is going NO WHERE so sturdy!!! 😁
