We used them for our home inspection on our very first home purchase. They were fantastic at first. Very friendly, professional, and were able to answer all of my endless questions. However, once we closed and prior to moving in things started breaking, big things, like our furnace leaking gas. They were not helpful at all and were quick to say it is not there problem.
