Out of the house inspectors whose web sites I looked at, Safe House mentioned mold in a place where I could find it and read about it easily. They offered mold-related services which I may use later. For today, I thought their inspection was thorough, and finished faster than I expected.
Very thorough and professional, They inspected all the major systems, roof and crawl space. They explained the process and explained the report afterward, The report came via e-mail and available for download within 30 min. Highly recommend. If I was not leaving the area I would use them to inspect my new home.
