Tim did a very thorough inspection with his team on a house we are buying. I’ve worked for a contractor for a few years now and learned a lot about the kinds of things inspectors look for. He identified everything I would have assumed and more. I was not physically there but my son and real estate agent was there for me. In my son’s words: very professional, courteous and efficient! They (3 member team) were on time and got right to work.
