Scott did a great job inspecting a home that I am purchasing. He was very knowledgeable on older construction (100 year old home) and made sure that everything was structurally sound, with all of the electric and plumbing up to date. There was a section of the crawlspace that he was unable to access because of the hatch being frozen, he contacted the homeowner to make the hatch accessible for him and came back on a later day to finish the inspection.
