Scotty treats every home like it’s his own, taking the time to explain what he finds in a way that’s easy to understand. He is friendly, approachable, and meticulous. He makes the inspection process feel less stressful and more reassuring, and very clear. Scotty is also great even after the inspection to answer further questions, and has an easy follow up report he sends electronically with full explanations.
Couldn’t have ask for a better inspection and customer service! Highly recommend!
