Scotty was very thorough and provided a very detailed report on a house we were looking to purchase. He explained all of the deficiencies, but also the positives of the home. He was able to point out several issues that would need corrected and updated once the home was purchased. After speaking to the sellers, we were unable to come to an agreement on the repairs. Very friendly and very thorough! Edit: I wish I could give this man an eleven instead of five, because after moving into our house, we ran into a DIY issue where the previous owners caulked a TV mount on the wall and we couldn't get it off.
