After searching around for a good home care agency for my aunt I finally found Safe Haven!! My aunt loves her caregivers because they provide better service than then nursing homes. They helped heal her stage two bed sore she got in the nursing home so baby we are loving them!!! The staff is knowledgeable & respectful :) The owner was so nice and went above and beyond to get my aunt setup with services before my surgery. This company will ghost you and not answer your phone calls. Nothing but a bad experience with them. You can leave messages for them and they will not call you back. When they do call you back they tell you one thing when in fact they know it’s not going to happen.
The staff if so friendly!! Made me feel at home. I love them.
Keisha has treated me and my mother with nothing but respect and honesty. Great staff. She responds very fast even after hours. I know I can be a headache with multiple questions and she’s never shown and frustration. My mother and I appreciate her so much. I would highly recommend this company.
