I'm really thankful for Dr. Claire De Boer and how understanding she is during our sessions. She's super careful not to push her own ideas, but instead, she asks the right questions to help you figure things out. Everything's been great so far, and I'm excited for our next sessions.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. It’s hard to find a place that actually feels safe and nonjudgmental, but that’s exactly what Safe Haven offers. Everyone I interacted with was warm, understanding, and genuinely there to help. The waiting area is peaceful, and you can just feel that you're in good hands. Finding Safe Haven was a huge step forward for me, and I’m so thankful for the support I’ve received here.

Claire is one of the nicest humans I have ever met in my life! Right from my very first session with her I felt so at ease and comfortable. I have had multiple counsellors in my life and none have even come close to her! She has helped me so much in my life and I look forward to seeing her every session as I always walk away in such a great headspace! ❤️

Claire is an amazing counsellor. Her understanding of people and human behaviour is amazing. Super understanding and empathetic. But also great at helping me progress and move forward and make the necessary changes I need to make. She’s not forceful about when and how quickly I need to come see her but she gives me homework and I ensure I complete it so I can grow and change

Claire is a fellow therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. She has so much compassion for her clients and truly cares about meeting them where they are and helping them get where they want to go. She's also just a delightful human being who is passionate about this profession.
