I have been seeing Claire for many years now, and she has been by far the best counselor I’ve seen, and I’ve seen a few. She is incredibly personable, genuine, compassionate, funny and so much more. My initial consultation with Irene from Safe Haven was wonderful. She listened well and asked good questions which forced me to think about what I really wanted to achieve out of the sessions. I will definitely be booking a follow up appointment. I like her direct yet gentle approach.

Justin is very understanding. After only 2 sessions with him I ger a sense of empathy, and caring. I dont feel judged and leave feeling lighter than when I arrived. He keeps it real and I dont feel like im talking to a robot. Highly recommend 👌

I'm really thankful for Dr. Claire De Boer and how understanding she is during our sessions. She's super careful not to push her own ideas, but instead, she asks the right questions to help you figure things out. Everything's been great so far, and I'm excited for our next sessions.
