My initial consultation with Irene from Safe Haven was wonderful. She listened well and asked good questions which forced me to think about what I really wanted to achieve out of the sessions. I will definitely be booking a follow up appointment. I like her direct yet gentle approach.

Justin is very understanding. After only 2 sessions with him I ger a sense of empathy, and caring. I dont feel judged and leave feeling lighter than when I arrived. He keeps it real and I dont feel like im talking to a robot. Highly recommend 👌

I'm really thankful for Dr. Claire De Boer and how understanding she is during our sessions. She's super careful not to push her own ideas, but instead, she asks the right questions to help you figure things out. Everything's been great so far, and I'm excited for our next sessions.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. It’s hard to find a place that actually feels safe and nonjudgmental, but that’s exactly what Safe Haven offers. Everyone I interacted with was warm, understanding, and genuinely there to help. The waiting area is peaceful, and you can just feel that you're in good hands. Finding Safe Haven was a huge step forward for me, and I’m so thankful for the support I’ve received here.

Claire is one of the nicest humans I have ever met in my life! Right from my very first session with her I felt so at ease and comfortable. I have had multiple counsellors in my life and none have even come close to her! She has helped me so much in my life and I look forward to seeing her every session as I always walk away in such a great headspace! ❤️
