I lived at a property managed by this company for almost 5 years. They were always great and responsive and caring, until they weren’t. A leak in my bedroom ceiling from heavy rainfall ended up taking five months for them to actually cut into the ceiling to remediate due to one delay/excuse after another. Best property management I've ever lived under. Super responsive to questions and concerns, kind and caring employees (shoutout Ginney!), and well-maintained properties. Great group.
