Nice marina, however, when issues are addressed to the management team there is no care , lack of communication, and they do not uphold the quality or concerns as customers pay a hefty price.
I've been a member for over 10+ years and have spent tens' of thousands at Safe Harbor Cowesett. I want to provide an honest opinion about the Service Department. It's horrible. Literally zero communication by the service manager and staff. Too few mechanics on staff to address the work load. Always backed up. Poor communication - They launched without my permission (I said I wanted to be there) and then reported that the boat was taking on water. No photo or video. Staff never called me.
