Tried to put someone else's bill on my account and then not launch my boat.
The dock, yard, and equipment crew here are all first rate. Have been hauling with them for a while. George, who runs the yard equipment, is a real gem and sets a tone of helpfulness and professionalism with his crew.
I am extremely disappointed by the service department, and in particular their total lack of communication. Three weeks ago, i noticed a badly frayed timing belt on one of my engines. I immediately called the service department, who entered a repair ticket which was then ignored for 2+ weeks.
