Had issues with their video conference system on the first two occasions. My son could not have either meeting. Called and spoke with them each time and they said their Therapist acknowledged the issue. Their IT also informed me they have been having issues with the system. Month later revived a bill for those two meeting that never occurred and charge me the co-pay and still billed my insurance company. When I advised them what occurred they said they had no record. Lost my trust. Be cautious with this company.
