He’s very kind patient with my mother. She listens to him very well more than me. She’s very happy to see him and he always give me good advice to help my mother with her exercises always has a kind word to say may God keep blessing him.
The company does not communicate well and is not responsive it takes to long to get the supplies you need they just move to slow for assistance with our elderly needs our most helpless and rhe families are at your mercy waiting
The staff who come to my parents' home to work with my 85-year-old father after he burned himself in a hot bath due to his diabetes-based neuropathy have been exceptional. The nurse, Chilah, has been patient, thorough, and professional. The hygiene caregiver, Jo, gets things done. She gets Dad clean and even has shaved him (on her own suggestion).
