This company is unreliable and comes to your house not prepared. We've been dealing with a mice infestation since February we're nearing may now and still have the same issue. We've asked them to drill and bait into the wall because we're a townhouse row and the whole row needs treatment. They came to my house last week with no drill and bait. Pest companies should be equipped with different types of tools and materials. They have come to my house now more then 20 times and still have a infestation problem. NOT A GOOD COMPAN... read more
This company has got the most unreliable, undependable and incompetent workers I have ever seen. 3 times I got notices that they were coming between 9am and 4pm and each time not one person showed up nor did they bother calling me to let me know they weren't coming. I have a notice for today saying they they were coming to spray for the 2nd time. If I could give it zero stars I would .I have had a bed bug issue for 2 years. This company has been treating my apartment for 2 years. They are not doing the job properly and because of that I have to suffer. Anyone with common sense knows you do not use any liquid for your wooden bed frame because that damages it over time.
