Joanne in the loan department should take manners classes. Withdrew my application specifically for her comments and rude responses.
We chose SAFE because of the good reviews and couldn’t have been more disappointed. I had an issue every single time I walked through the doors. I only give it two stars, because for the most part, everybody was reasonably friendly, but the business, as a whole, proved to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and incompetent. We closed all of our accounts because they couldn’t get it together.
