Gentleman who came out for the estimate was professional and kind, looked at our issue (a portion of our carpet was flooded and we were worried about mold) and instead of trying to convince me we should get a cleaning that wouldn't solve the root problem, he instead recommended both a professional and DIY solution within my budget so my home could be properly cleaned. I'm keeping their number on hand for the honesty alone, and would have happily paid for the estimate alone.
Laderrius did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this young man and this business.
Listened to my concerns about stains and delivered very polite thanks miles I wanted to update my review i forgot to but the service itself was nice my carpet wasn't clean they only used this big spinning disc the one like you're waxing the floor ... that did absolutely nothing I wouldn't recommend unless they got a real carpet cleaner
