Listened to my concerns about stains and delivered very polite thanks miles I wanted to update my review i forgot to but the service itself was nice my carpet wasn't clean they only used this big spinning disc the one like you're waxing the floor ... that did absolutely nothing I wouldn't recommend unless they got a real carpet cleaner
Rashid was kind and helpful and did a wonderful job on my carpet cleaning. There were a couple of small stains left that I asked him to come back and re-do and he scheduled a prompt appointment with me to ensure I had what I needed. When I had to reschedule our second appointment, he was very easy going and understanding. Great customer service from Rashid!
I have a very mixed experience with Safe Dry. Let me start with the good, before getting into the bad. Our technician (Jasper, I believe) who came out to clean our rug was lovely. He was punctual, polite and had great customer service. If our experience had just ended with Jasper, I would be writing a very different review. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say about this company. Now, on to the bad.
