Technician Marvin was nice, but showed up 1.5 hours later than original time, didn’t have a company vehicle or uniform. Was originally quoted price of 40 dollars a room over the phone but then had to pay 300 dollars for 3 rooms. Carpets didn’t come out looking like I thought they should have, but that may just be based on the carpet condition.
I’m not sure where to begin, but I chose Safedry Carpet Cleaning based on their strong reviews and the promise of “dry when we leave.” I was moving into my home the day of the appointment, so it was crucial for the carpets to be clean and dry before the movers arrived at noon. Marvin cleaned our sectional couch plus a chair w/ ottoman and did a wonderful job! Looks new again. Will definitely book again.
I loved the whole experience with Safe Dry carpet cleaning. Especially the gps tool that lets me know my technician’s eta. It gave me virtually an exact eta and was a great reliable source to be home on time for my service.
