I love this program. The care, compassion, understanding… out of this world. From my experience - intake is gentle and non invasive. After multiple programs and intakes - I loved that I was treated with dignity and not like I was “bad” … they do bed bug protocol properly and offer comfy clothes and a warm shower after intake is complete. Update: Manager Is Also Liar, Pretended To Try To Fix The Issue Just To Cover Up What They Were Doing, Will Be Sending Complaint To Head Office. Wasn't given help. They literally said by the end of it "we don't know how to help you" if you need a place to stay then great, but as far as using it for it's intended purpose which is mental health care, it was yet another battle with combative staff and most of the therapy "sessions" are arguments or them taking notes while you talk and not saying much.
