I worked with Shannon Beritzhoff on designing a security camera and access system for our two buildings in Lake Forest. We priced out two different equipment options, she went over and above to make sure we have all the information necessary to make the best decision. Her communication was clear and when the project stalled on our end, she was diligent to stay in contact with me. We did not end up using Safe and Sound Security, but not for reasons within her control. She would be a great asset to have on your bidder list.

When we needed to migrate over 30 doors from our old security system, they handled the entire process seamlessly, minimizing any disruptions to our operations.
