These guys need superhero capes. Every time another company exaggerates the issue, I have Safe Air come out and give an honest evaluation. They make the necessary repairs at a reasonable price and don't try to upsell. Repeatedly delivering excellent and honest work consistently.
Manuel did an excellent job. He explained the issue with the unit and took care of it. He also highlighted I have been using the wrong filter for the last 2 years.
I had a great experience with them especially since they were helping my parents, they were patient enough to speak to ones that aren't knowledgeable as much on English and that means the world to me. They explained the process and what the possible outcomes might be with full honestly, and that's amazing business to me! They had shoe covers, which not many people have so as an asain it really pleased me. With all that said, highly recommend Adrian, great company, great service!
