I ordered a name plate for my daughters Sweet 16 which took place mid June and not only did they mess up the order once, they messed it up twice. We are now in July and it’s still not ready. The owner Safa promised to call us on numerous occasions and never did. We had to be the ones to follow up with them to get updates on our order. My daughter still hasn’t received her ONLY Sweet 16 gift from us and is still waiting. I get there today and the “n” in her name was carved BACKWARDS and the chain was never ordered.
